On May 20, 2014, the 76th Law-based Government Forum was successfully held in Room B211, Keyan Building in Xueyuanlu Campus of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) with the theme of “Relationship between Administrative Litigation and Reconsideration”. This forum invited three representatives respectively from legislature, judicial branch and higher institutions. They were Zhang Shicheng, Inspector of Administrative Law Department of Committee of Legislative Affairs of National People’s Congress, Cai Xiaoxue, Judge of Administrative Tribunal of the Supreme People’s Court, and He Haibo, Professor of Tsinghua University School of Law. The forum was hosted by Wang Qingbin, Associate Professor of the School of Law-based Government.
