In the evening of October 31, 2015, the 85th Law-based Government Forum was successfully held in Graduate School of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) with the theme of “The Reform of Administrative Trial System”. The reform on administrative trial system lied in an important fact of judicial system reform while the courts play a vital role in it. This forum invited Wu Xielin, President of the Third Intermediate People’s Court of Shanghai, and Liang Fengyun, Judge of Administrative Tribunal of the Supreme People’s Court to interpret the reform on administrative trial system. The forum was hosted by Prof. Wang Jingbo, Vice Dean of the School of Law-based Government.
