In the evening of December 3, 2015, the 86th Law-based Government Forum was successfully held in Changping Campus of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). Combining with the development of students majored in Law, the forum designed deliberately in theme and guest selection. The forum with the theme of “Studying and Visiting Abroad of Students Majored in Law invited Tu Kai, Lecturer of Tsinghua University School of Law and J.D. of Edinburgh University, Xiong Bingwan, Lecturer of Renmin University of China Law School, LL. M of Harvard Law School, visiting scholar of Eastern Asia Law Research Center at Harvard, Yan Tian, Post doctor of Law School in Beijing University, LL.M and J.S.D. of Yale University, and Zhu Mingzhe, Lecturer of the College of Comparative Law, CUPL, and Doctor of Law school in Paris Institute of Political Studies. The forum was hosted by Lin Hua, Lecturer of the School of the Law-based Government.
