In the evening of December 16, 2015, the 87th Law-based Government Forum was successfully held in Graduate School of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) with the theme of “Legal New Normal and Establishment of Law-based Government”. The forum invited Cheng Hu, Vice President of Beijing Fourth Intermediate People’s Court, and Prof. Yang Weidong, Vice Dean of Law Department of Chinese Academy of Governance, to deliver speeches on the theme. The forum was hosted by Lin Hua, Lecturer of the School of Law-based Government.
