In the morning of December 22, 2015, the 169th Expert Forum of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL), and the 88thLaw-based Government Forum were held in Graduate School of CUPL. The forum was co-hosted by Research Office of CUPL and the School of Law-based Government with the theme of “Legal Management of Regional Cooperation”. Ye Bifeng, Professor of Koguan Law School, Shanghai Jiaotong University and Vice Director of China Administrative Law Society (CALS), gave a great lecture. This forum invited Wang Wanhua, Professor of Procedural Law Research Institute of CUPL as the commentator, and it was hosted by Wang Qingbin, Professor of the School Law-based Government.
