Final Assessment and Award Ceremony for the Third China Law-Based Government Award
At 9 a.m. of November 18, 2014, the final assessment and award ceremony for the third China Law-Based Government Award was successfully held in Beijing. The selection of this year’s China Law-based Government Award begun in March. After the first round of contest, a total of 24 candidates took part in the final selection process today. The projects cover administrative procedures, administrative legislation, administrative decision-making, administrative law enforcement, administrative supervision, dispute settlement mechanism and so on.
There are 15 experts and scholars from the academia, organizations and the media serving as judges on the selection panel. Apart from them, nearly 100 representatives of the 24 candidate organizations and 15 new agencies attend the ceremony. In the end, 10 projects won the Law-Based Government Award. Langfang City People’s Government of Hubei Province, Legislative Affairs Office of Guangzhou Municipal Government of Guangdong Province and other 12 organizations won the Nomination Award.
