On October 28, 2018, the Final Assessment and Award Ceremony for the Fifth “China Law-Based Government Award”, organized by the School of Law-based Government (SLBG), China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL), and the Administrative Law Studies Institute of China Law Society (CALS), was held in Beijing. Over 100 representatives from 31 government departments from all over the country and more than 30 news media attended the ceremony. A total of 31 candidate projects entered the short list.


13 experts and scholars from the academia, the industry and the media served as judges on the selection panel. Finally, 15 government departments won the 2018 “China Law-Based Government Award”, and 16 government departments won the nomination awards.
