Evaluation Report on Chinese Law-based Government (2016) Conference and the Law-based Government Forum Held Successfully
On Oct. 30, 2016, Evaluation Report on Chinese Law-based Government (2016) Conference and the Law-based Government Forum were held on Xueyuanlu campus of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). Ying Songnian, Tenured Professor of CUPL, Zhou Chengkui, former Deputy Secretary General of the Standing Committee of National People’s Congress, Xie Shouguang, the President of Social Science Academy Press, Li Shichun, Director of the Research Department of China Law Society, and He Xiaorong, President of Administrative Division of Supreme People’s Court, attended the conference and respectively delivered speeches. Wang Jingbo, Dean of the School of Law-based Government, CUPL, released the Evaluation Report on Chinese Law-based Government (2016). Team members of the “Evaluation on Chinese Law-based Government” project gave the evaluation report. Eight officials of the Legislative Affairs Office of local government, the officials of Ministry of Education, National Health and Family Planning Commission of the People’s Republic of China, Chinese Food and Drug Administration, National Railway Administration of the People’s Republic of China, experts and scholars from other universities or other sister schools, were invited to participate in the forum. The conference was presided by Prof. Ma Huaide, Vice President of CUPL and President of Administrative Law Studies Institute of China Law Society.
