On the afternoon of April 16, 2025, the 134th Rule of Law Government Forum of China University of Political Science and Law was held in China University of Political Science and Law. Organized by the Rule of Law Government Research Institute of China University of Political Science and Law and hosted by the Prosecutorial Public Interest Litigation Research Base of China University of Political Science and Law, the lecture was given by Professor Catherine Mackenzie of Cambridge University on the topic of “Legal Discussions on the Carbon Emissions Trading Scheme” to the faculty members and students of the University of Law and Economics. Associate Prof. Cao Wei from Renmin University of China Law School, Associate Prof. Ma Yun from China University of Political Science and Law Law School, and Associate Prof. Liu Bingyu from China University of Political Science and Law School of International Law were the guests of honor. Prof. Liu Yi from the Institute of Rule of Law Government of China University of Political Science and Law hosted the lecture.
