On April 19, 2025, the Fifth Annual Academic Conference of the Administrative Law Case Specialized Committee of the Administrative Law Research Society of the Chinese Law Society was successfully held at the Law School of Nankai University. This annual conference was hosted by the Administrative Law Case Specialized Committee of the Administrative Law Research Society of the Chinese Law Society, organized by the Law School of Nankai University, and co-organized by the Research Center of Medicine and Health Law of Nankai University, with more than 40 scholars from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Peking University, Tsinghua University, China University of Political Science and Law, Nankai University, and Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, etc. and other colleges and scientific research institutes attending the conference. The conference was also supported by the Nankai University Hundred Young Discipline Leaders Program chaired by Prof. Song Hualin.

The opening ceremony was hosted by Prof. Song Hualin, Dean of Nankai University Law School. Researcher Li Honglei, Vice President and Secretary General of Administrative Law Research Society of China Law Society and Deputy Director of Personnel Education Bureau of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Prof. Fu Shicheng of Law School of Nankai University, and Prof. Liu Fei, Dean of China-EU School of Law of China University of Political Science and Law, attended the Opening Ceremony and delivered speeches.
