In the evening of June 5, 2018, the 110^th Law-based Government Form was held at the Xueyuanlu campus of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). The theme of the forum was “U.S. Experience in Administrative Agreements.” The Guest Speaker were Prof. Jamie P. Horsley, Senior Fellow of Cai Zhongzeng China Center of Yale University and Researcher from Brookings John Thornton China Center, Former US Army Service Contract Appeals Board Law Judge Carol Park-Conroy, and Sanderson Hoe, Adjunct Professor of Government Contract Law from George Washington University Law School. Lin Hua, Associate Professor of the School of Law-based Government, CUPL, moderated the forum.
