(The 111th Forum) Current Development and Challenge of Public Law in Taiwan

In the evening of September 15, 2018, the 111^thForum on Law-based Government Forum was held at the Xueyuanlu campus of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). The Guest Speaker was Prof. Dong Baocheng, Vice President of Soochow University and President of Taiwan Administrative Law Society. The theme of the forum was “Current Development and Challenge of Public Law in Taiwan”. Prof. Hu Jianmiao, Director of the Law Department of the Party School of the Central Committee of CPC (Chinese Academy of Governance) and Consultant to the Administrative Law Studies Institute of China Law Society attended the forum. The forum was moderated by Professor Wang Jingbo, Dean of the School of Law-based Government (SLBG), Secretary General of Administrative Law Studies Institute of China Law Society. Lin Hua, Associate Professor from SLBG, and other faculty members also attended the forum.
