In the evening of November 4, 2011, the 47thLaw-based Government Forum hosted by the School of Law-based Government (SLBG), China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL), was held at Room 412 of Teaching Building of Xueyuanlu Campus. It was honored to have Carlos Alba, Professor of Autonomous University of Madrid, as the lecturer. He delivered a keynote speech with the theme of “Restructuring the State in Europe: Reform the Administration or Reform the Government”. Hao Qian, Associate Professor from SLBG hosted the forum. Wang Jianxun, Associate Professor from the Law School of CUPL conducted a comment on the speech.
