In the evening of November 22, 2011, the 48th Law-based Government Forum sponsored by the School of Law-based Government (SLBG) of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL)was held at Room 2008 of Teaching Building at Xueyuanlu Campus. It was honored to have Mr. Li Guangyu, Deputy President of Administrative Tribunal, the Supreme People’s Court, as the lecturer. He delivered a keynote speech with the theme of “Before and After the Judicial Interpretation on Government Information Disclosure”. The forum was hosted by Prof. Wang Jingbo, Deputy Dean of the SLBG. In addition, Prof. Ma Huaide, Vice President of CUPL and Dean of SLBG, was invited to be the commentator. At the beginning of the forum, Prof. Ma issued the appointment letter of “Adjunct Fellow of SLBG” to Mr. Li Guangyu.
