In the evening of December 5, 2011, the 50th Law-based Government Forum was successfully held at Room 220, Teaching Building of Xueyuanlu Campus. The forum was sponsored by the School of Law-based Government (SLBG). It was greatly honored to have Prof. Danilo Pappano, Professor of Administrative Law from Universitàdella Calabria, to give us a speech with the theme of “The Relationship between Central and Local Governments in Italy”. Zhang Li, Associate Professor, from SLBG, hosted the forum. Luo Zhimin, Associate Professor from College of Comparative Law, served as the interpreter.
