In the evening of December 13, 2011, the 51st Law-based Government Forum, sponsored by the School of Law-based Government (SLBG) of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL), was successfully held at Xueyuanlu Campus. It was honored to invite Mr. Vincent Droulle and Mr. Guillaume Tusseau at the event. Mr. Vincent Droulle was the Judge from Lyon Administrative Court, as well as Director of Public Law Branch, Office of Civil Justice, Ministry of Justice; while, Guillaume Tusseau was the Professor from Law School of Paris Institute of Political Studies. The two guests delivered a keynote speech with the theme of “The Latest Development of French Constitutional Review Mechanism”. The forum was hosted and interpreted by Zhang Li, Associate Professor from SLBG. Xie Libin, Associate Professor of the Law School of CUPL, was invited to be the commentator.
