On March 6, 2012, the Law-based Government Forum, which was also the second activity on the 60^th Anniversary of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL), was successfully held as scheduled. It was honored to have Prof. Daniel Mockle, famous jurist from University of Quebec at the event. As the lecturer, he delivered a keynote speech with the theme of “The Formulation, Development and Relevant Issues of Global Administrative Law”. Xue Gangling, Associate Professor from the Law School of CUPL, Zhang Li, Associate Professor from the School of Law-based Government and Wang Kun, Associate Professor from Beijing Foreign Studies University also attended the event. They respectively served as the host, the commentator and the interpreter.
